Trick-or-Treating Hotspots on Whidbey Island

There are a few trick-or-treating hotspots on Whidbey Island.  If you click on the communities it will send you the the maps and area they are located at.  Come and enjoy the fun on Halloween.

Oak Harbor

Fireside Community
– Location: Between Fort Nugent Road and Swantown Road, next to Whidbey Golf Club.
– Highlights: Some homes may even offer Full-sized candy bars, hot cocoa, and games.
Shannon Forest
– Location: North of Fireside, surrounding Ruth Cohen Park.
– Ideal for Halloween fun.

Barrington Neighborhood
– Location: This is located just north of Fireside.  It’s southeast of Shannon Forest, behind Walmart.
– Recommended for trick-or-treating.

Crosby Commons
– Location: North of Oak Harbor High School, south of NW Crosby Ave.
– Another great option.

Cherry Hill/Glen Neighborhood
– Location: East of Living Word Oak Harbor.
– Residents offer full-sized candy bars, hot cocoa, and donuts.

Pioneer Community Event
– “No Tricks, Safe Treats” event on Halloween from 5-7 PM.
– Features: Costume contest, haunted school bus, and more!

Coupeville:

There are a few places out here in Coupeville.  This can keep you and the kids busy all night with lots of fun and maybe even full size candy bars 🙂 .

Pennington Loop
– Conveniently searchable via Google Maps.
– Close to the waterfront—grab dinner in Downtown Coupeville before trick-or-treating!

– Neighborhood Behind Coupeville Library
– Known for giving out full-sized candy bars.

Admirals Cove
– Large area perfect for extensive trick-or-treating.

This is a great place that you can stay all evening and not run out of houses.

Langley:

Downtown Langley
– Trick-or-treating from 2:30 to 5:00 PM on Halloween.
– Great starting point for dinner before continuing the festivities!
