As we look at what is happening from May 2024 to May 2025, the inventory is still growing. However, the number of sales has dropped, which has caused a drop in pricing from 2024.

As we look at more local stats here on Whidbey Island we have more homes for sale than last year, but the numbers sold are lower than the same time last year. Today we are looking at prices still going up.
